Services is horrendous. We were still waiting for delivery 75 minutes after placing the order, 20 minutes after we were told to expect delivery, and when I called I was told it would be another half an hour. Disgusting. When the food arriving my prawn basil stir fry was only half a container, I couldn’t believe it! Not even a full serving. We ordered two dishes and rice and we were still hungry. While the flavours were good, the service was terrible, delivery the worst I’ve ever had and the meal sizes tiny.

Ordered delivery first time order from this place. Came in 30 mins to my surprise and joy after reading negative reviews. Obviously these guys have improved their efficiency for uber. Came hot very good thai:)

I ordered through Menulog. Initially the delivery time on Menulog was 30-45 mins. So I placed order thinking I would get my food roughly an hour. Ordered at 1900, they accepted my order immediately. Then the app said my food will come around 2000. So I didn’t mind that. Waited till 2010 and no food was arrived, rang them and they said it’s coming. Then 10’ later the app was saying the food was arrived and YET no food was here. I called again at 2030 and they said the same thing. Told them that the app said it was arrived and it hasn’t and the waitress was laughing?!? Asked them how long should I expect the food to come and they kept saying that it’s coming. Food didn’t arrived until 2045. The driver was their own driver and at least he said sorry. The food was okay but I really didn’t enjoy it because of all the inconvincences. Next time if you couldn’t deliver on time, pls update on the app that you can be an hour and 45’ late. Not just keep saying it’s coming. I rarely do the reviews but I was really upset that I had to do this time. Good luck with doing business when you treat your customer like this.

Good green curry, wonton soup, decent pad Thai, nice curry puffs. Delivery has improved: had a way too slow delivery experience about 18 months ago; every time in past year or so has been on time or slightly early, so that’s good.

Food was average in general.... I would have stayed quiet..... but I ordered 1 dish with Minced meat instead of sliced and no onions..... I asked 3 times if they got it and they agreed ...... I got heavy onions and thick chopped meat....... Thought it was worth a try once but I won't be a repeat client.... will just stick to the local.Service lacked any interest but I don't usually care about it if the food is how I asked. They just want you to pay and leave . Easy come easy no go.

Ordered a large online order for home delivery that didn't arrive. After numerous phone calls we finally get an answer. They take your money out of account but claim they are to busy and can't deliver after claiming first they lost order. Then blame us for not ringing to confirm order even though they sent an sms confirming order. They took no responsibility not even an apology, now 1 hour and 45 minutes later we have no food. Pizza it is

Great dinner here with the family. Green curry, ginger fish, pineapple rice and spring rolls all fresh and tasty. Will definately return here.

We have been regular customers of Cha-Da Thai for over a year, but not any longer. The food was good, but the delivery time is consistently very long. Final straw was delivering an incomplete order and then completely ignoring our multiple requests for a credit or refund for the undelivered dish. Looking at the other reviews, we are not an isolated case. Choose some place else that values customer service.

Worst service charged for all the meals and missing dishes. Called to explain missing food told I was a liar ! Now they are refusing to answer my calls. Never again will go back to unique Thai that is always amazing

Alway been good, but don't use food delivery services, like menulig or uber, do you know they add a percentage to the food, on top of delivery fee, and as for menulog they can't find drivers half the time, which is not the restaurant fault. So now I drive, fresher hotter and massive saving.
